How much is a session and how long is it?
As of January 2012, for a one hour session my fee is £65. For EMDR the sessions normally last 90 minutes and cost £90.

Are you qualified?
I'm a BACP Accredited therapist. I have a Diploma in Counselling from the Gestalt Centre, London (BACP Accredited course), and I'm an EMDR level 3 practitioner. I am also currently studying under Windy Dryden at Goldsmith University for my Masters in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT).

Is what I say confidential?
Yes, the content of the sessions are confidential in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
